This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date.
Commission Pieces
To place an order for a commission piece, simply use the contact me form on this website to provide a description of what you would like me to make. At this point, I will enter into email communication with you to discuss your requirements. A £10 deposit will be required to begin the process, which I will request in my initial response to you. This is to account for time spent consulting about and designing the piece. The deposit amount will be taken off the cost of the final piece once it is completed, but it will be non-refundable in the event that you cancel the order.
The price of and time scale to complete a commission piece will vary depending on the time spent consulting and designing the piece, and the complexity of the final design. During the process, I will keep communications regular and open to keep you up to date with the process and progress. Once a final design has been agreed by you, I will notify you of the final cost and completion time.
The final payment (minus the deposit) will be required upon completion of the design and prior to postage.
