The personal details relating to your order are never stored on a local computer or printed out to be held by me. They will exist only in the email generated by the ‘contact me’ form and any further communications that occur as a result of your initial contact. I will only ever contact you to reply to your initial enquiry through the ‘contact me’ form, to reply to further correspondence from you, or on matters arising directly from your order, and not for any other purpose (unless you have opted in to my mailing list).

It is your legal right to ask me to provide you with any information that I hold about you, such as copies of orders or emails free of charge at any time.

Payment Security

I accept payment via bank transfer and via Paypal. No financial information will be required from you for these forms of payment. Please contact me if you would like further information about payments.

Mailing List

My mailing list is a newsletter available to subscribers on an opt-in basis only and is provided by MailChimp. If you have chosen to join my mailing list, the email address you provide will not be passed on to any other companies and will only be used as stated, that is, infrequent emails about new products, news etc. You will be required to validate your sign-in before being added to the mailing list (called double opt-in). You are in charge of your subscription and can unsubscribe at any time, should you change your mind.
