Delivery and Returns
All ready to wear items and gift cards will normally be dispatched within 2-3 working days. This also applies to Special Delivery. The dispatch time for commission pieces will vary and the time scale will be discussed during communication about the piece(s).
Dispatch times provided are an estimate, however, I will contact you if there is any unexpected delay in your item(s) being sent out.
I will email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. You can then expect your item to arrive within 1-5 working days of receiving the confirmation for UK addresses. International orders will take longer. I take every care to ensure that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. I will include a purchase receipt within the dispatch confirmation email.
Items are delivered to the shipping address you provide me with. Please ensure that the address details are correct as I cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of orders when incorrect address details have been provided by the customer.
I will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave your goods unattended.
Please check the items on delivery and notify me immediately if any of the goods are found to be missing or damaged so that I can resolve the issue to your satisfaction quickly.

I use Royal Mail delivery services, but reserve the right to use another service without prior warning, if I deem it more suitable in rare circumstances. You will be notified if this results in a higher delivery charge.
Overseas delivery estimates: 3-7 working days to Europe, 5-9 working days to the rest of the world.

VAT and Import Duty
Creatively Wired is not currently a VAT registered company and so no VAT will be added.
Import duties or taxes may be incurred by you if you are ordering for delivery to a country outside the UK. Creatively Wired is not responsible for any import duties or tax which may be applicable in your country.
Returns & Refunds
I aim for complete customer satisfaction but if you are unhappy with any aspect of my service or products, or change your mind, please read my terms below:
If You Change Your Mind
In accordance with Consumer Contract Regulations 2014 (CCR), you must contact me in writing within 14 working days of you receiving your order to request a refund if you change your mind. This can be by email of letter.
A refund will be carried out by me within 14 days of us receiving the item(s) back safely. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) in this instance.
If A Products Is Faulty
As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your product is faulty, you can request a refund. You must contact me within a reasonable time scale.
I will need to assess the situation before agreeing a course of action. This may require you to send an accurate photo of the item(s) or return them to me.
In most cases, a full refund, exchange or repair will be offered (depending on the time scale). This will be dealt with on a case by case basis. I will refund any return delivery costs.
If A Refund Is Agreed
You must return the goods to me within 14 days of notifying us. Failure to do so is a breach of your statutory duty and you may be charged recovery costs.
Returns must be securely packaged, preferably in the original packaging. It is your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods until they are received by me. I recommend returning the package by Royal Mail special delivery as any damages or loses incurred during the return may mean that I am unable to refund you.
A refund will be carried out by me within 14 days of us receiving the item(s) back safely. The refund will include my basic postage cost of getting the goods to you in the first place and any return delivery costs. If you opted for an enhanced postage service when ordering, this extra cost will not be refunded.
I can only refund money to the source originally used to pay. For Paypal customers, this will be refunded to the customer’s Paypal account. If you paid by bank transfer, you can either provide me with your bank details for me to transfer the money back to you (your details will be deleted immediately after the transfer has been made) or, if you would prefer not to disclose your details, I can send you a cheque.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned/refunded unless faulty.
I regret that commission pieces (pieces made to order to a design agreed by the customer) cannot be returned/refunded unless faulty.
For any items judged to be damaged due to improper use or when reasonable care has bot been taken by the customer, Creatively Wired may claim against the customer for damages and breach of statutory duty. This does not affect the customer’s right to a full refund.
